  • Participated in new store openings, remodels, and warehouse relocations

  • Upgraded, replaced, and maintained server hardware

Leadership and Training:

  • Created a 5 week training program for Store Scanning Specialists

  • Trained an employee who was promoted into my same position as Metro Systems Integrator

  • Tested, facilitated, and trained over 100 people on various application conversions

  • Oversaw, utilized, and developed multiple store IT budgets

  • Enforced PCI and Sarbanes Oxley policy and procedures



  • Served as a first level and emergency support for over 50 stores and 5 warehouse IT needs

  • Setup team members with computer accounts, email, applications, folders, and password resets

  • Designed SharePoint sites

  • Setup new equipment for store usage including 30 handhelds for inventory and 15 rental laptops and printers for Human Resources needs

  • Worked with vendors on various installations, upgrades, and problem solving
